PLEASE NOTE: A defective video may be returned for exchange only. No working, non-defective videos will be accepted if the shrink wrap is cut.
For a full refund, please return your unopened products to us within 30 days of when you receive them, by United States Postal Service only, and in original condition (shrink wrap intact).
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The
United States Postal Service will
insure your package to guard against loss.
If something happens in transit and the package doesn't make it to
us, we can't give you a refund.
